Kirsten Stanwix was born in Chicago, raised in Johannesburg and resides in Sydney. Having studied Graphic Design, Kirsten began assisting fashion stylists long before styling existed within the lifestyle realm. After a decade working in the industry rearranging rooms, creating spaces, dressing food and designing sets and environments for shoots and events, Kirsten naturally expanded her skill set into Interior Styling. She has since built an extensive portfolio of clientele that range from private residential clients, to commercial, retail & hospitality properties. No brief is off limits for Kirsten!
Kirsten loves how each job brings a new brief and a different team of people who are passionate about creating. Having the opportunity to work with inspiring individuals and experts in their own field, in turn encourages Kirsten to stay creative and challenge her own work. The purpose of creating a mood and working with a group of like-minded people is completely indulgent for Kirsten. The idea of transforming; taking something and making it more interesting and unexpected is what she enjoys most about what she does.
