/WILDCHILD/ + bonch Edits 'A-Z' for Diesel and i-D
New motion talent /WILDCHILD/ + bonch lent its post-production expertise to "A-Z of Dance," a project for Diesel and i-D.
Executive producer Laura Holmes and director Jacob Sutton approached Josh Falcon and Jarrett Fijal at bonch with footage of dancers afloat in arabesques, breakdancing like B-Boys, and careening Chicken Noodle Soup-style (and so on), and the team wrapped up the clip in-house. "When we discussed the concept, we thought it would be fun to work on for both parties," Falcon explained. "We did all of the editing and color, and finished the graphics ... it was a non-stop event! But I knew we could keep with the original vision while taking the spot to the next level."
The group also boasts a pair of 2014 Association of Independent Creative Editors (AICE) Award nominees, both for music videos – Richard Mettler for Beyoncé's "Mine" and Fijal for Justin Timberlake's "Mirrors."
