For many years, we’ve successfully elevated New Balance’s domestically ‘Made in UK’ product line. For 2019, bored of the same old format of hyped-up of collaborations, ‘influencers’ and limited product availability, New Balance asked McFaul_Day to strategize and deliver a new way of releasing their yearly collections to an elevated crowd of savvy consumers.
The results are strategically positioned seasonal presentations, tying in with bigger global fashion moments, events and consumer’s attention during fashion weeks. We created lookbooks, OOH flyposters and social media films to coincide with experiential brand events in London, Paris, New York and Tokyo.
Recently we delivered Part 2 of our series, an experiential showcase in Le Marais, Paris. On this journey, we hosted pop-up public presentations with in-depth product stories, luxury craft and heritage messages while previewing the season’s new product line-up. We identified and connected with local talent, who contribute to their ‘scene’ to help us tell an authentic story of the city – through lookbooks, global marketing, films, photography, all pushed through digital and social.
