BLACK LIVES MATTER | OUR PLANS
Over the last few weeks we’ve been working internally to identify specific ways B&A can be more inclusive to the BIPOC community.
B&A is committed to cultivating a more diverse roster of talent. We are re-designing our research & outreach processes to ensure accessibility to underrepresented minority groups.
In the coming week, we will be implementing an open platform for emerging BIPOC creatives to have one-on-one discussions with our network of agents. We will be offering sessions for Illustrators, Photographers, CGI Artists, Animators, Muralists, as well as Stylists and Hair & Makeup Artists. These sessions can cover: portfolio reviews, how to build a portfolio, best business practices or specific questions about the industry.
We will implement an open resource bank providing educational, job related and BIPOC focused charitable organizations that anyone can access at any time.
We are committed to diversify how we find applicants to be more inclusive of BIPOC community and maintain a vigilant focus on the inclusion of diverse voices.
We will begin instituting educational initiatives and professional development programs in order to cultivate BIPOC talent and students within the advertising and creative profession.
A FOREVER COMMITMENT
Maintaining focus on anti-racism efforts as a part of our decision-making process.
Fostering and maintaining a diverse roster of artists and creative collaborators.
Increasing and ensuring the continued diversity of our working community.
Above all, continuing to listen and learn.
