Sir Peter Blake and Coca-Cola

Last month in London, Sir Peter Blake created a large-scale original piece as part of the "Coke Side of Life" project. Curated by Mother/London, the project included work from thirty artists showcasing their talent in and around Southbank Centre. Blake's enthusiasm for the project shows in his piece; it is at once an icon for Coke and for his signature style. Drawn Porn goes live

'Drawnporn' goes live today in conjunction with the British Illustration show that opens on the 6th July at the London College of Communication in Elephant & Castle, where it features as an A1 poster. Drawnporn is a collection of thousands of sexual positions created over the past year by Spilsbury and begins with limited edition prints of 800 images in A1, A2 and miniature format. The inspiration came not from a philandering past but commissions from the COI [Teenage Pregnancy press campaign], an ad through Saatchi & Saatchi New York for Stuffitt Expander and years of practicing and teaching life drawing.
