HBO “Stay Original” is a new project Ars Thanea has done with long-term client HBO Asia. Ars Thanea helped HBO create a six page advertising spread and images for new branding under the slogan “Stay Original,” which will be used across all marketing channels.

Ars Thanea’s project for HBO Asia won Silver at the 2012 PromaxBDA Awards. The annual competition honors the best media marketing from the past year. Ars Thanea was awarded in the Global Excellence Promotion, Marketing and Design-Print category. The winners were honored at a conference in Los Angeles in June.

HBO celebrated the second season of its hit show How to Make it in America with five nights of parties. The parties, called “Late Night Happy Hour,” were held two to a night and featured free drinks inspired by the characters on the show. Kareem Black’s website Feels Good Let’s Go collaborated with HBO on promotional posters for the events as well as imagery displayed at the parties. Feels Good Let’s Go is a lifestyle site that documents the downtown life and partying in New York City.
