Chris Kasch
Bio: Chris Kasch studied at Anglia Polytechnic University before going on to complete his BA (Hons.) degree at Kingston University. He has been working as a freelance illustrator for the last 10 years. In that space of time he has built an impressive and varied clientele and developed an aesthetic, which is instantly recognisable to anyone in touch with contemporary illustration in the design and advertising arena, as well as the editorial field. Kasch's work draws stylistic parallels with 60's and 70's popular cultures, often set against fashion, interior and product design and is indeed far from a visual retrospective, but rather an accurate representation of the visual zeitgeist. His client list includes Sony Music, Neiman Marcus, Zip Design and many magazine titles including Esquire, Mojo, Rolling Stone and Vogue magazine.
